Graphics Pipeline Architect Engineer(m/w/x)
Designing graphics pipelines for future embedded SOCs, defining logical architecture and HW/SW partitioning at embedded semiconductor provider for automotive and IoT. Embedded programming experience with graphics processing knowledge required. Remote work option.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
- Knowledge in graphic processing and display output
- Knowledge in SW and OS architecture
- Experience with high-level languages (C, C++, or C#)
- Experience in embedded programming
- Experience with script languages (Python)
- Knowledge in Requirements Engineering
- Ability to work independently in international teams
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Very good English skills (speech and writing)
- Desirable: Knowledge in model-based concept engineering
- Proficiency in automotive development processes (A-Spice, ISO26262)
- Working knowledge of ARM 64-bit architectures (R-CAR products)
Tasks
- Define and specify graphics pipelines for future SOCs
- Analyze customer and market requirements for graphics processing
- Elicit requirements from lead customers and global market
- Define and specify logical architecture using system models
- Define HW/SW partitioning
- Collaborate with design teams on physical architecture
- Evaluate and simulate architecture to verify proposals
- Prepare customer RFQ feedback
- Present graphics pipeline architecture to customers
- Define and follow requirements processes
