- Drive new business opportunities and outline growth plans
- Support strategic partnerships and inorganic business opportunities
- Coordinate cross-unit collaboration
- Generate insights through market and competitor analysis
- Support senior management with recommendations and decision-making
- Manage internal and external client relationships
- Support GPS teams in project and change management
- Collaborate with Group Strategy and Group Finance on strategic initiatives
- Define and drive team ambitions with Head of GPS Strategy & Business Development
- Synthesise complex data into clear, concise presentations
- Develop and deliver high-quality strategy papers and market analyses
- Provide actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Support strategic partnerships and joint ventures
- Drive front-to-back rollout of new business projects
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends
- Provide GPS updates to management committees
- Meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Adhere to user manuals and guidelines
- Demonstrate values and behaviours including honesty, integrity, and fair dealing
- Manage conflicts of interest and ensure risk management
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
