- MSc. in Aerospace, related engineering discipline, or higher degree
- Strong understanding of classical dynamics, orbital and flight mechanics
- Strong understanding of control and estimation techniques
- Experience with flight physics simulation
- Software development experience in C++, Python and MATLAB/Simulink
- Passion for advancing the commercial space industry
- High motivation for fast-paced start-up environments
- Fluency in English and knowledge of German or French
Tasks
- Design and implement AOCS/GNC subsystems
- Develop GNC algorithms and synthesis
- Integrate GNC code into flight software
- Build high-fidelity 6DOF models and simulations
- Perform design optimization and dispersion analysis
- Conduct multi-disciplinary spacecraft systems trades
- Specify and model AOCS/GNC hardware
- Create software automation tools for analysis
- Validate software via Monte Carlo and HITL testing
- Report test results using automated documentation
