- Develop global launch-readiness strategy
- Drive creation and delivery of high-quality training
- Ensure training materials are compliant and accurate
- Provide ongoing capability uplift
- Own and evolve Core Training curriculum
- Lead global Train-the-Trainer programmes
- Conduct diagnostic assessments with Affiliates
- Co-develop targeted interventions
- Enhance KAM and MSL capability
- Design modern learning ecosystem
- Generate collaborative virtual learning spaces
- Leverage AI-assisted content creation
- Utilize innovative online learning modalities
- Lead best-practice adoption of AI
- Drive optimal use of Sobi’s LMS
- Oversee global training repositories on SharePoint
- Monitor training engagement and impact
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training
- Facilitate scientific, clinical, and capability-building sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs
- Manage event delivery and logistics
- Prepare speakers and engage delegates
- Partner with Global Medical, Commercial, and Access teams
- Build strong networks across affiliates
