Requirements
- Several years Senior System Administrator experience in enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on expertise
- Microsoft Azure expertise
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) expertise
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 expertise
- Windows Server expertise
- VMware / Vsphere expertise
- Active Directory & ADFS expertise
- DNS, DHCP expertise
- Microsoft Exchange expertise
- PKI and certificate management expertise
- Proven experience with hybrid infrastructures
- Solid understanding of identity, authentication, encryption, security principles
- Experience with PowerShell and automation highly valued
- Open-mindedness for multicultural, international environment
- Reliability for operating and supporting critical systems
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- English professional working proficiency
- French working knowledge
- Microsoft / Azure certifications
- Experience in regulated environments
- Familiarity with Swiss data protection and security standards
- Experience supporting international or multi-site infrastructures
Tasks
- Support and evolve hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Design and implement Windows Server environments
- Maintain Windows Server environments (on-premises and cloud)
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Manage hybrid identity, synchronization, conditional access, and authentication policies
- Maintain Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, and core identity services
- Operate and maintain VMware virtualization platforms
- Administer Microsoft Exchange environments
- Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Ensure certificate lifecycle management (TLS/SSL, authentication, encryption)
- Ensure high availability, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, identity, and authentication issues
- Apply security best practices
- Comply with Swiss and international compliance requirements
- Participate in audits and risk assessments
- Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and international stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring
