Requirements

  • 5–10 years relevant experience in sustainability, strategy, market engagement, or related business functions
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics relevant to industrial and energy-related markets
  • Proven experience across functions and regions in complex, global organization
  • Ability to structure unstructured inputs into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

Tasks

  • Anticipate and structure sustainability-related customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Develop shared response processes for sustainability requests
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sustainability initiatives
  • Translate external market signals into strategic sustainability intelligence
  • Capture and consolidate sustainability-related requirements from stakeholders
  • Identify recurring themes and trends in sustainability
  • Maintain an overview of material sustainability topics
  • Implement a structured process for managing sustainability requests
  • Clarify intake and coordination pathways for sustainability requests
  • Support definition of roles and ways of working across functions
  • Develop guidance and reference materials for sustainability topics
  • Shift the organization from reactive to proactive sustainability responses
  • Facilitate alignment on external sustainability messaging
  • Synthesise market-derived sustainability insights
  • Support sustainability strategy discussions
  • Identify and prioritise material sustainability topics
  • Contribute to portfolio and capability development
  • Provide fact-based insights on evolving sustainability expectations
  • Act as a connecting interface between Sustainability and customer-facing functions
  • Support Marketing & Sales with sustainability insights
  • Facilitate collaboration without assuming ownership of decisions

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
