Tasks
- Diagnose and repair highly complex systems and accessories
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and colleagues
- Install and maintain equipment and engineering upgrades
- Resolve hardware and software failures with imaginative solutions
- Coordinate and implement complex global technical solutions
- Solve unique problems involving cross-functional issues
- Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime
- Analyze service KPIs to improve financial impact
- Identify new business opportunities based on customer success
- Complete expense, service, and quality reports on time
- Maintain proactive relationships with customers and sales staff
- Plan and execute complex technical customer training
- Mentor new staff and provide on-the-job training
- Share service knowledge and best practices with the team
- Serve as a certified instructor for regional training
- Act as the local expert for specific technical topics
- Prepare technical documents and define spare parts lists
- Conduct training and support in English and German
