- •Drive continuous improvement of supplier performance
- •Reduce quality costs through cross-functional collaboration
- •Select and approve suppliers with Purchasing
- •Finalize quality assurance agreements
- •Develop suppliers regarding processes and requirements
- •Define inspection and test plans
- •Support prototypes and first sample phases
- •Ensure quality measures for new products
- •Conduct supplier audits according to ISO standards
- •Coordinate systematic process improvements with suppliers
- •Manage supplier complaints and warranty cases
- •Perform root cause analysis for quality issues
- •Monitor and follow up on corrective actions
- •Track and analyze supplier quality KPIs
