Requirements

  • Technical education in engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in quality management or assurance
  • Sound knowledge of QM methods and tools
  • Training as quality system manager or auditor
  • Very good English skills
  • Confident use of SAP and MS Office
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills
  • High assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Tasks

  • Achieve quality targets for incoming goods
  • Drive continuous improvement of supplier performance
  • Reduce quality costs through cross-functional collaboration
  • Select and approve suppliers with Purchasing
  • Finalize quality assurance agreements
  • Develop suppliers regarding processes and requirements
  • Define inspection and test plans
  • Support prototypes and first sample phases
  • Ensure quality measures for new products
  • Conduct supplier audits according to ISO standards
  • Coordinate systematic process improvements with suppliers
  • Manage supplier complaints and warranty cases
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality issues
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions
  • Track and analyze supplier quality KPIs
