  • Comfortable operating in strongly fact-driven environments

  • Build business cases and financial models
  • Define 3-5 year business roadmap
  • Develop scenario analyses and risk-adjusted recommendations
  • Identify key target customers
  • Establish strategic relationships with key customers
  • Lead early-stage customer discussions
  • Capture structured Voice-of-Customer insights
  • Translate market needs into R&D inputs
  • Support teams in understanding industry standards
  • Prepare organization for new market requirements
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Quality
  • Ensure clarity and alignment across interfaces
  • Ensure readiness in supply chain, compliance, testing, and quality management
  • Act as strategic sparring partner to CEO and senior leadership
