Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
- At least 10 years experience in international B2B sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership roles (ideally chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environment)
- Proven experience managing global strategic accounts and developing long-term partnerships
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with pragmatic, results-oriented approach
- Internationally minded, mobile, and willing to travel up to 30%
- Fluent English proficiency (essential)
- French or Dutch proficiency (plus)
