- •Conduct performance reviews and track consultant qualifications
- •Provide portfolio recommendations to key stakeholders
- •Onboard new consultants to enhance available skillsets
- •Standardize and operationalize tracking across the service portfolio
- •Maintain service level agreements and support levels
- •Coordinate collaboration between various support entities
- •Drive operational improvements alongside service owners
- •Manage all service-related team budgets
- •Control costs and process invoices
- •Plan budgets according to company standards
- •Optimize expenditures for sustainability and profitability
- •Utilize monitoring tools to gather analytical insights
- •Compile data-driven toolsets for informed decision-making
