Requirements

• •IT-related degree, economics/law degree with IT affinity
• •At least 3 years professional experience
• •Fluent English and German skills
• •Experience in budgeting and cost management
• •Experience in contract management and negotiation
• •Commitment to standardizing and streamlining processes
• •Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Tasks

• •Develop the partner landscape to meet future requirements
• •Build a coordinated ecosystem of internal and external resources
• •Review and refine existing vendor contracts
• •Lead negotiations and implement contractual improvements
• •Collaborate with legal experts on sustainable vendor relationships
• •Prepare and manage a demand-driven consultant portfolio
• •Conduct performance reviews and track consultant qualifications
• •Provide portfolio recommendations to key stakeholders
• •Onboard new consultants to enhance available skillsets
• •Standardize and operationalize tracking across the service portfolio
• •Maintain service level agreements and support levels
• •Coordinate collaboration between various support entities
• •Drive operational improvements alongside service owners
• •Manage all service-related team budgets
• •Control costs and process invoices
• •Plan budgets according to company standards
• •Optimize expenditures for sustainability and profitability
• •Utilize monitoring tools to gather analytical insights
