- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in matrix organization
- Fluent English
- Additional European language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Contribute to global Hospital commercial team
- Advance commercial toolbox and methodologies
- Consult country organizations on global sales tools
- Support CRM, Tender Management, and Mission Infection Prevention
- Execute sales training programs
- Build sales capabilities across markets
- Co-ordinate global sustainability input for tenders
- Collaborate with pricing and Risk Prevention Product Marketing
- Track CGB KPIs
- Standardize commercial excellence tools
- Drive cross-functional alignment in Business Division Risk Prevention
- Support Inpatient business initiatives

- Bachelor's degree
