Tasks
- Standardize end-to-end quality processes across all sites
- Leverage digital systems and automation to optimize workflows
- Lead global and local efficiency and quality projects
- Ensure timely execution of project goals
- Collaborate with senior management on process integration
- Support production sites during critical quality events
- Manage major customer complaints and internal failures
- Lead and inspire the Hanau-based quality assurance team
- Conduct internal and process audits using VDA 6.3 standards
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators
