- Analyze development costs and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead handover meetings with the design team
- Suggest improvements for construction, aesthetics, and manufacturing
- Create and update technical packs and bills of materials
- Coordinate sample delivery with regional sourcing teams
- Provide guidance to meet style-specific cost and FOB targets
- Plan and track development schedules for all products
- Evaluate samples and execute changes from fit sessions
- Approve strike-offs, mock-ups, and graphic submissions
- Participate in process and calendar optimization projects
- Communicate with regional offices to ensure product quality
- Co-lead fitting sessions with designers and pattern makers
- Collaborate with raw material sourcing and cross-functional teams
- Implement proactive and sustainable product solutions
