Defining and improving sales process architecture at provider of crane and lifting solutions, with focus on the Palfinger Development Process. Strong sales process understanding and BPMN2.0/PMI standards experience essential. Flexible hours, remote work option.

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial education and relevant professional experience
  • Very good understanding of sales processes and high customer orientation
  • Experience in enterprise architecture creation, process documentation, or technical mapping to software solutions
  • Business Process and project management experience according to BPMN2.0 and PMI standards
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Tasks

  • Define and document business processes
  • Continuously improve the Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture
  • Ensure standardization and compliance with process guidelines
  • Take ownership of assigned data objects
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
  • Evaluate and prioritize Requests for Change (RFC)
  • Manage release activities and support process testing
  • Conduct training and facilitate roll-outs
  • Monitor and report on process and data KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead efficiency initiatives
  • Support Process Owners and Managers
  • Coordinate with data experts
  • Lead data cleansing and improvement projects
  • Foster knowledge transfer across teams
