Global Partner Manager – DEVA Bearings(m/w/x)
Growing global distributor networks for self-lubricating bearings. 8-10+ years industrial B2B sales experience required. Face-to-face meetings with partners, CRM usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 8-10+ years industrial B2B sales, business development, or partner management
- Success managing and growing distributor/partner networks
- Strong opportunity creation, funnel management, and closing capability
- Proven experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (50+%)
Tasks
- Build trust-based relationships with existing partners
- Conduct regular reviews and cadence calls
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with partners
- Identify and evaluate new potential partners
- Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with DEVA’s strategy
- Drive aggressive prospecting and hunting activities
- Increase qualified sales opportunities and Purchase Order wins
- Grow and manage a robust global sales pipeline
- Support short- and long-term revenue targets
- Travel extensively for joint customer visits and market development
- Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, operations, and leadership
