Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required; MBA or equivalent Master’s degree highly preferred
  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience with deep operational mastery across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture required, ability to move organization toward holistic, integrated global model
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data into clear, actionable executive messages
  • Thought leadership core strength, proven ability to use industry best practices to develop recommended solutions for network
  • Flexibility to handle non-routine strategic questions and support diverse cross-functional projects
  • Authentic and courageous leadership to constructively challenge status quo and foster psychological safety
  • Business fluent English and executive presence to influence at highest organization levels

Tasks

  • Develop and govern holistic strategy
  • Establish robust governance frameworks
  • Conduct deep internal and external analyses
  • Own global Long-Term Capacity Planning (LTCP) process
  • Create 10-year major investment roadmap (CAPEX)
  • Provide strategic intelligence and benchmarking

  • Orchestrate senior leadership influence
  • Bridge commercial strategy and execution capability
  • Manage high-stakes conflicts
