- •Commercial education, banking specialist, degree, or equivalent
- •Basic knowledge of Trade Finance or Guarantees
- •Experience with Credit Insurance business
- •Knowledge of French or German
- •Familiarity with KYC, AML, and law
- •SWIFT knowledge for documentary business

Tasks
- •Support underwriters across diverse credit business lines
- •Handle client and broker requests promptly
- •Issue and manage accurate policy documentation
- •Coordinate with global operations and underwriting teams
- •Liaise with external clients, brokers, and providers
- •Administer contract lifecycles from issuance to cancellation
- •Process invoices and manage system data entry
- •Assist in underwriting and renewal document analysis
- •Prepare draft policies and master risk agreements
- •Collaborate with global teams to optimize client service
- •Identify and resolve premium and fee discrepancies
