- Represent PDG at Global Development and Lifecycle Teams
- Develop and adapt Asset strategy and tactics
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
- Inspire and develop talent within the team
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback
- Manage 8-10 direct reports
- Champion inclusive behaviors within the team
- Facilitate growth opportunities for team members
- Handle people management-related administration tasks
