Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • •Experience in network/partner development, business development, sales, or aftersales
  • •Solid skills in MS Office and Power BI; SAP knowledge
  • •Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel internationally
  • •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign language

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Develop and evaluate the PALFINGER Partner Standards Program
  • •Create and follow up on key performance indicators and reports
  • •Focus on partner performance for sales, installation, and service
  • •Define partner management processes for scouting and onboarding
  • •Lead and contribute to strategic global Network Development projects
  • •Support the development of essential online tools and platforms
