Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, global health, public relations, communication, public affairs, or related field
- At least five years of project management experience
- Experience in matrix organizations and leading through influence
- Experience building global or regional cross-functional engagement strategies
- Understanding of public health systems
- Comfort with digital tools, data platforms, and modern medical engagement technologies
- Comprehensive expertise in discipline and broad knowledge across related areas
- Anticipating internal/external challenges
- Recommending improvements
- Leadership and consultative expertise for business, region, or function
- Shaping company policies
- Solving unique, far-reaching problems
- Interaction with equivalent-level managers and customer representatives
- Conducting briefings and technical meetings

Tasks
- Lead global medical and scientific engagement strategy
- Identify and prioritize supranational medical vaccine stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive global medical engagement strategy
- Coordinate medical engagement across Global Medical Affairs
- Support planning and delivery of global medical engagement activities
- Develop and implement tools and performance measures
- Improve medical engagement approaches with digital tools and AI
- Monitor and analyze vaccine recommendation trends
- Translate engagement insights into strategic recommendations
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders
