Requirements

  • •University degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or related field
  • •Min. 10 years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement in the pharmaceutical industry
  • •Experience in Medical Affairs (ideally global) and in leading teams
  • •Strong project management and IT skills
  • •High intercultural competence, team spirit, and proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • •Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral fluent)
