  • Maintain training materials and process documents
  • Provide guidance on system use
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Onboard and train new users
  • Conduct refresher training
  • Manage user access and licenses
  • Maintain and enhance OMP Inspection vault
  • Manage Inspection request application
  • Maintain One Inspection SharePoint platform
  • Train on current and future inspection tools
  • Support regulatory affairs submissions to EMA
  • Coordinate with contract redaction services
  • Work with mock inspection consultants
  • Update communication matrix
