Global HR Partner Group Transformation(m/w/x)
Partnering with senior leaders on Group Transformation, translating business priorities into HR and talent agendas. Significant HR Business Partner or Transformation experience required. Attractive performance-based annual bonus.
Requirements
- Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner, Talent Partner, Organisation Effectiveness, or HR Transformation role
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on organisation design, operating model change, workforce planning, or function build-out
- Strong execution capability, moving from strategic concept to practical implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills
- Solid understanding of talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement frameworks
- Experience supporting global transformation programmes or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Experience working with leadership teams forming, scaling, or undergoing significant change
- Background in organisation development, psychology, business transformation, consulting, or strategy
- Familiarity with global HR operating models and collaboration across HR teams
- Experience partnering with strategy, transformation, corporate development, or enterprise change functions
- Encouraged to apply if returning to workforce after career break
Tasks
- Advise senior leaders on people, talent, leadership, and organization topics
- Translate business priorities into a pragmatic people and talent agenda
- Support organization effectiveness with HR input on role clarity and capabilities
- Contribute to organization design discussions, aligning with Group principles
- Coordinate talent processes like reviews, succession planning, and development
- Identify critical roles, succession risks, and capability gaps
- Build strong talent pipelines and leadership bench strength
- Provide HR execution support for functional change and transformation
- Use employee insights to identify engagement, culture, and leadership themes
- Support leaders in translating insights into practical actions
- Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness and team health
- Help leaders build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Proactively identify and address people risks and change impacts

- Bachelor's degree
