Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner experience in international matrix organization
  • Academic degree in HR, social sciences, organizational development, psychology, or related field
  • Ideally certified in systemic coaching, organizational development, and/or conflict management
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, integrity, solution-oriented working style, excellent intercultural competence
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law
  • Familiarity with metal industry collective agreement (plus)
