  • Standardize operations across 16 offices
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure building operations and safety globally
  • Lead and develop the Facility Management function
  • Implement governance and best practice frameworks
  • Plan and deliver office fit-out and renovation projects
  • Manage maintenance and operations for high-quality service
  • Develop and implement occupational safety policies
  • Promote sustainability through policies and initiatives
  • Manage budget and cost efficiency
  • Optimize processes with modern tools and technologies
