Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 3 years experience in employee engagement, internal communication, or HR
- Proven experience coordinating programs and managing workstreams
- Experience supporting communication for People topics (asset)
- Solid fundamentals in Adobe CC, Microsoft tools, survey tools, digital content creation tools, SaaS solutions
- Video editing or HTML skills (asset)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex information
- Fluent in written and spoken English; mother-tongue English preferred
- Energetic, empathetic professional for fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, able to work with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Team-oriented; able to build strong relationships in a matrixed environment
- Process-oriented with structured, agile approach to managing complex projects
Tasks
- Support global engagement and culture initiatives
- Implement global concepts with local relevance
- Coordinate day-to-day engagement activities
- Support HR teams with employee communication
- Assist in delivering programs for connection and recognition
- Promote GateAcademy learning initiatives
- Translate people topics into employee-friendly content
- Adapt global engagement activities for cultural relevance
- Coordinate global and regional recognition programs
- Support communication for Total Rewards and benefits
- Coordinate GateAwards program logistics and communication
- Deliver HR campaigns for deskless/frontline teams
- Integrate DEI messaging into internal communications
- Source and prepare employee stories
- Coordinate global employee survey process
- Support virtual and in-person listening activities
