Global Channel Partner Program Manager – Grid Automation, Standardized Solutions and Pre-Engineered Products(m/w/x)

Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering/Automation/IT
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, product management, or similar role in multi-cultural environment
- Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution Networks (HV/MV)
- Experience with protection, control, monitoring, and diagnostic systems for MV applications and related standards
- Experience with SCADA and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Experience with Distributed Control System (DCS) and PLC Automation is a plus
- Knowledge of Utility segment (TSO and DSO)
- Knowledge of Data Center segment
- Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners
- Ability to work in international environment with collaborative attitude
- Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills
- Business Strategy knowledge
- Budget & Performance Targets knowledge
- Customer Experience Success knowledge
- Digital Marketing knowledge
Tasks
- Define and structure the Channel Partner Program
- Create value propositions for Standardized Solutions
- Develop channel management processes
- Collaborate with Business Lines, Product Marketing, and Product Management
- Work with Lead Factory, supply units, Technology Centers, and Supply Chain Management
- Partner with Marketing and Sales organizations
- Ensure compliance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Transfer technology and execute business plans
- Design and implement channel partner programs
- Align programs with company strategy
- Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics
- Ensure partner compliance with contractual and ethical standards
- Develop onboarding processes and training materials
- Coordinate enablement initiatives
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams
- Resolve issues and improve collaboration
- Track partner performance against program goals
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Identify and mitigate risks in channel operations
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations
- Align channel programs with product launches and marketing campaigns
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partners
- Review and improve program processes
- Implement tools and systems for partner management
- Manage program budgets
- Ensure cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate local homologation requirements
- Identify activities for local homologation
- Enforce ABB’s core values of safety and integrity
- Manage partnership projects
- Follow execution best practices
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
