- Results-driven with ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Solid offshore work background
- Prior experience as a technician
- Ongoing physical ability to travel offshore and provide hands-on assistance
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to key operational sites
Tasks
- Manage O&M and related assets for safety and maximum production
- Oversee Trident wind farm business, including safety, commercial, and O&M
- Ensure asset performance and P&L responsibility for the Trident cluster
- Deliver operational and maintenance activities safely and efficiently
- Comply with applicable rules, regulations, and wind farm contracts
- Implement a safety leadership goal to foster a generative safety culture
- Continuously improve asset performance and ensure asset integrity
- Lead and motivate the Wind Farm team and third parties
- Support mid-term planning and internal projects
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices
- Align key internal and external stakeholders with the wind farm team
