Requirements

  • 5+ years software engineering experience (frontend and backend)
  • Solid TypeScript and React skills
  • Experience building scalable web applications

  • Experience with Prisma and Next.js

  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
  • Interest in mentoring and helping others grow
  • Currently located in Vienna or Europe (ideal)

Tasks

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams
  • Design new features
  • Own technical decisions
  • Take features from concept to launch
  • Review and collaborate on code
  • Maintain high standards across the team
  • Troubleshoot issues using logs, metrics, and error reports
  • Improve the system
  • Resolve technical challenges with Client Operations team
