- Prioritize usability and value in technical designs
- Improve platform performance and usability continuously
- Optimize for smooth and fast user experiences
- Engage in pair and mob programming
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary agile team
- Work with stakeholders to ensure fast feedback loops
- Drive iterative improvements through close collaboration
