Front Business Manager Central & Eastern Europe(m/w/x)
Supporting financial reporting and business analysis for private banking in Central & Eastern Europe. 3 years' experience in financial services required. Project coordination and data analysis focus.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship in banking or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
- 3 years’ professional experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong numerical aptitude for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and presenting performance metrics and financial data
- Proven interest and experience with financial products and enthusiasm for private banking
- Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices and front-office workflows
- Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP systems experience is advantageous
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate, competent, and professional communication
- Adaptable mindset for dynamic environments and changing priorities
- Flexible and resilient team player with integrity and a great sense of responsibility
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate successfully across functions
Tasks
- Support financial reporting with regional Finance unit
- Analyze business and data for Market
- Coordinate project and initiative implementation
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Assist Market Heads, Group Heads, and Relationship Managers
- Manage regular and ad-hoc Business Management tasks
- Develop presentations for senior management
- Provide status updates to senior management
- Assume backup for broader business management duties
- Maintain continuity during leave or high-pressure periods
- Collaborate with Bank stakeholders
- Represent Market interests across the Bank
- Organize and deliver internal events
- Support internal communications
