- Post and approve incoming vendor invoices
- Ensure accurate gross profit calculations
- Support operations with customer invoicing
- Manage internal billing disputes
- Maintain key account tariffs and rates
- Support local rate maintenance
- Resolve operational issues in the autorating process
- Escalate complex issues to local key users
- Correct inaccurate internal billings
- Initiate necessary reposting
- Maintain up-to-date tariffs to ensure quality
- Provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions
