Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or financial systems roles
  • •Proven experience implementing and owning FP&A planning and reporting tools
  • •Strong hands-on expertise with FP&A and BI tools
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong financial and data modeling capabilities
  • •Experience with data integration, ETL concepts, and system interfaces
  • •Ability to translate financial logic into robust system and data structures
  • •Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Fluency in English or German

  • •Design and set up FP&A reporting tools
  • •Continuously improve FP&A analytics tools
  • •Optimize FP&A planning and reporting tools
  • •Act as system owner for FP&A platforms

  • •Develop standardized reports and dashboards
  • •Create executive reporting materials
  • •Build and maintain budgeting models

  • •Drive automation in planning processes
