- Previous sales experience in startups or fast-moving environments
- Consistent target or KPI exceeding
- Strong business sense to understand company problems and needs
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to do unglamorous work
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Desire to work with smart and friendly people with low ego
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
- Need for detailed instructions and avoidance of responsibility
- Lack of basic product understanding
- Interest only in high-level strategic work
- Dislike for direct customer interaction
- No sales experience
- Preference for remote work
- Preference for minimal collaboration
- Desire for a 9-5 job
