- Associate (level 2) with advanced technical education and 2+ years related work experience or equivalent
- Experienced (level 3) with advanced technical education and 5+ years related work experience or equivalent
- Senior (level 4) with advanced technical education and 9+ years related work experience or equivalent

Tasks
- Develop solutions for complex system engineering tasks
- Create models for flight deck and avionics software
- Design flight deck look, feel, and operational behavior
- Test and certify flight deck designs throughout service life
- Establish design requirements for flight crew interface changes
- Identify and implement improvements for new and existing airplane models
- Support product development and emerging technologies
- Prototype cockpit layouts using commercial and company tools
- Validate design requirements and flight deck philosophies
- Conduct analysis, flight deck simulations, and flight tests
- Collaborate with pilots, designers, and systems engineers
- Ensure flight deck interfaces complement pilot capabilities
- Work independently on assignments
- Collaborate with teammates
- Receive tasks from lead engineer
