Requirements

  • Studium Finanzen/Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Finance Controlling oder Controlling mit Finance-Bezug (idealerweise Tourismus/Travel)
  • Sehr gutes GuV-Verständnis, grundlegendes Bilanzverständnis
  • Erste Erfahrung im Treasury (z.B. Liquiditätsplanung) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), Power BI oder SAP von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Verlässlichkeit

Tasks

  • Finanzreports und Management-Auswertungen erstellen und weiterentwickeln
  • Finanzielle Performance analysieren (GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow)
  • Bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Finanzplanung mitarbeiten (inkl. Planbilanz)
  • Im Treasury bei Liquiditätssteuerung und Cashflow-Planung unterstützen
  • Abweichungsanalysen durchführen
  • Entscheidungsrelevante Kennzahlen aufbereiten
  • Finanzielle Risiken identifizieren
  • Bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen mitwirken
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Standards und Controlling-Tools mitarbeiten
