- Maintain balance sheet integrity
- Implement strong controls over journals, reconciliations, intercompany, and treasury
- Provide clear cash, liquidity, and FX visibility
- Plan and run annual audits
- Prepare statutory accounts across jurisdictions
- Draft technical accounting papers
- Maintain accounting policies and controls
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on group structure, transfer pricing, VAT, and payroll tax
- Support CFO decision-making with clear tax risk summaries
- Maintain compliance calendars
- Manage ERP from a finance control perspective
- Support ERP implementation, optimization, and close automation
- Ensure systems support audit trails and tax reporting
