Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of German statutory accounting

  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Desirable IFRS experience
  • •Desirable ERP and finance automation exposure

Tasks

  • •Lead statutory reporting and financial governance
  • •Ensure accurate and timely financial closes
  • •Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
  • •Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams
  • •Govern deal approvals and Order-to-Cash processes
  • •Support pricing, margin management, and contract structuring
  • •Control project finances, capex, and fixed assets
  • •Monitor margins, forecasts, and financial risks
  • •Manage cash flow and local banking relationships
  • •Coordinate treasury activities with Group Finance
  • •Lead and develop finance and controlling teams
  • •Standardize and automate local finance processes
