Description

As a Facilities Operative, you will engage in a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry and plumbing, to ensure that facilities run smoothly and safely. Your day will involve responding to requests, inspecting buildings, and coordinating with contractors to address larger projects.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Proven experience as a Handy Person or in a similar maintenance role
• •Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• •Ability to work independently and in a team
• •Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
• •Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• •Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• •Valid driver's license may be required depending on the job location
