- Coordinate technical support for HVAC, cleaning, and maintenance
- Staff the reception desk and manage visitor processes
- Handle incoming calls and mail distribution
- Manage vendor relationships and process purchase orders in SAP/JDE
- Ensure procurement compliance
- Coordinate ordering of consumables and office moves
- Manage parking and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain HS&E compliance and complete required training
- Ensure contractor safety requirements are met
- Support event coordination and meeting room setup
- Manage AV equipment for events
- Process asset inventory and equipment handovers
- Maintain occupancy planning systems
- Provide security management support
- Conduct physical security reporting
- Support capital projects from initiation to completion
