- English and German speaking and writing skills
- Experience in EMEA/DACH environments preferred
Tasks
- Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic sourcing
- Lead end-to-end BPO sourcing initiatives
- Develop category and sourcing strategies
- Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments
- Design and execute RFI/RFP processes
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms
- Draft contracts with standard and outsourcing-specific clauses
- Manage complex sourcing projects up to USD 300m+
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, risk, compliance, and legal
- Build relationships with key BPO suppliers
- Stay informed about market trends
- Achieve KPI and sourcing objectives
- Mentor and coach experienced sourcing professionals
- Support colleagues on complex BPO deals
