Requirements

  • University degree in law or business
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • High degree of banking/regulatory expertise
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance risks
  • Passion for banking regulation and related topics
  • Ability to independently manage internal processes
  • Ability to prepare senior management presentations
  • Curiosity about new technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • CEE language skills as an advantage

  • Manage the internal gapping process
  • Track implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Monitor compliance risks for specific topics
