Requirements

  • Proven Product Owner/Manager experience in data-driven or AI products
  • Experience with recommendation engines
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Familiarity with SQL/BigQuery for data exploration
  • Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and data dependencies
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of recommendation systems/personalization concepts
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital journeys
  • Experience working with data teams
  • Experience in Agile development environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with KPI and experiment interpretation
  • Ability to translate complex data/AI topics into business value
  • Strong product thinking with data-first mindset
  • Ability to balance business impact vs. technical feasibility
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English
