- Strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows
- Great stakeholder management skills and cross-departmental collaboration
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving
- Committed and enthusiastic team player with interest in CRM innovation
- Motivated, independent, hands-on mentality, and multilayer thinking
- Salesforce expertise, particularly Sales Cloud or Commerce Cloud configuration and reporting
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Develop and implement digital commerce solutions
- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders
- Manage international platform projects
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, CRM, IT, and external partners
- Translate business and customer needs into digital capabilities
- Act as product owner for B2B commerce platforms
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Balance standard platform capabilities with custom needs
- Prioritize features and enhancements
- Manage the backlog
- Align business stakeholders with development teams
- Ensure timely feature delivery within scope, quality, and budget
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities
