- Product know-how about loader cranes (desirable)
- Good MS Office and software affinity
- SAP knowledge (desirable)
- High communication skills
- Enjoyment of contact with international partners
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Distinctive intercultural competencies
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Fluent French (writing and speaking)
- Further languages (desirable)
Tasks
- Ensure smooth communication with dealers
- Provide information on delivery times, prices, and customized equipment orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor order intake, changes, and requests
- Maintain service quality across product lines
- Contribute to reporting activities
- Support process optimization efforts
- Reduce stock units
- Support customized orders and inquiries
- Handle order changes
- Act as deputy for the Tuning Center and Hook & Skip topics
- Manage after-sales topics
- Coordinate service contracts
- Handle cross-border sales
