In this role, you will manage critical expansion projects, collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution from scoping to operational ramp-up. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve driving stakeholder engagement, resolving challenges, and refining project methods to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management
• •Experience managing CAPEX projects
• •Background in the FMCG industry
• •Advanced skills in MS Office tools
• •Familiarity with project management tools
• •Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• •Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities

Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end project management processes
• •Prepare and disseminate detailed progress reports
• •Collaborate with Workstream Leads to maintain project timelines
• •Identify and resolve risks and challenges
• •Coordinate mitigation plans with Workstream Teams
• •Spearhead collaboration across multiple workstreams
• •Organize regular workstream meetings for alignment
• •Foster communication and collaboration across departments
• •Drive stakeholder engagement through critical meetings
• •Support the Program Manager with status reports
• •Lead development of the Operations Expansion Framework
• •Refine Expansion Program Methods for efficiency
• •Manage documentation and knowledge-sharing processes
• •Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• •Establish a robust network within Red Bull and partners
• •Develop technical expertise for manufacturing projects
• •Contribute to technical standards for scalability and efficiency
