Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics
  • •15 years experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense
  • •10+ years technical expertise in ERP deployment
  • •Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, and EWM
  • •Ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies
  • •Management of complex Change Management initiatives
  • •Exceptional negotiation and influence skills
  • •Fluency in English and German as a plus
  • •Willingness to travel approximately 20%
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and integrity
