Requirements
- •Erasmus program eligibility and university enrollment outside Austria
- •Application alignment with university requirements
- •Eligibility for Erasmus program internships
- •Experience or passion in UX, UI, or Interface
- •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to work independently
- •Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- •Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- •Knowledge of German (advantageous)
- •Punctuality, politeness, and professional attitude
- •Studies in HCI, Design, or Informatics

Tasks
- •Support product design and user flow thinking
- •Analyze pilot user needs, behavior, and feedback
- •Design user flows for new and existing features
- •Investigate reported bugs from a UX perspective
- •Map and document real user journeys
- •Define basic UI principles and feedback states
- •Create reusable UI component examples for developers
- •Improve and rewrite UI text and microcopy
- •Maintain clear UX and UI documentation
- •Apply human-centered design knowledge to product practices
